Oii is seeking a Client Success Manager.

As a Client Success Manager, you will sit close to clients, data, and AI-powered decision-making from day one.You will work with clients across their journey with Oii — helping turn complex analytical outputs into real business outcomes — while building strong fundamentals in client delivery, communication, and analytical problem-solving.Client Success at Oii is a core leadership function, not a support role. High performers in this role can grow quickly into senior Client Success positions, owning client relationships and driving long-term value as our SaaS footprint expands.

Because Client Success sits at the intersection of real client problems, real data, and AI-driven technology, it also provides exposure to how our AI models, simulations, and decision logic is built, interpreted, and used in practice. You will regularly work with outputs from these models and collaborate closely with teams responsible for evolving them.

What You Will Do:

You will contribute across multiple client engagements and internal initiatives, including:

- Acting as a day-to-day client contact, building trust and strong working relationships

- Supporting and leading client working sessions, reviews, and regular check-ins

- Working hands-on with client data to support analysis and insight generation

- Preparing clear, professional client-facing materials (decks, summaries, action trackers)

- Coordinating closely with product, data, and engineering teams to move work forward

- Working with our AI teams to develop our internal onboarding agents.

- Supporting platform onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption

- Helping translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable business narratives

-Contributing ideas to improve how Oii delivers value as the company scales.

Your responsibilities will evolve as both you and the company grow.

Who This Role Is For:

- 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally within a supply chain operations context.

People in this role often come from backgrounds such as:

o Client delivery or implementation

o Consulting or analytics

o Operations or supply chain roles

o Supply chain finance implementations

o Early-stage SaaS or technology environments

Who Will Thrive Here:

This role is best suited for someone who wants to build strong fundamentals, stay close to real problems and real data, and grow quickly in a fast moving AI scale-up.

If you enjoy ownership, learning through doing, and working at the intersection of clients, data, and technology, this role will suit you well.

If you are looking for rigid structure, narrow responsibilities, or a slow pace, this is unlikely to be the right fit.
